- Why don't you supply fabric?
To keep our overheads down, in order that we may pass these savings to our customers, I do not keep rolls of fabric in stock. However I often have small amounts of fabric available, and if you give me an idea of the colour scheme of your room, I will send scanned images of fabrics that I think you might be interested in.
- How do I pay?
You can either send a cheque, bank transfer or pay by pay pal.
- Do you only make tap top, eyelet, and pencil pleat curtains?
I can, of course, make all types of curtains - if you have a particular style in mind, or have seen a picture in a magazine that you would like to reproduce, please e mail me and I will give you a quote.
- Can you supply roman blinds with a metal track?
My blinds are made in the traditional way with a wooden batten, blind cords and cleat.
- Can you make cushions, throws, table runners and other accessories?
Yes, in fact I will always encourage you to buy an extra couple of metres of fabric to make some matching accessories, it is often the finishing touches that make your room look so special.
- What happens if I am not happy with any of the products you have made?
My reputation is very important to me. I want you to be completely happy, become a regular customer and recommend me to your family and friends. As long as you have measured carefully and given me the correct information, it is extremely unlikely that you will have cause for complaint, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me immediately and I will of course do everything possible to resolve the situation.
